Collaborations
Are you a doctor, clinic, or health practitioner interested in partnering up?
I love collaborating with other dedicated practitioners passionate about integrative health!
Here are some of the ways we can collaborate:
Partnering up on nourishment coaching
Tailored classes or discussions for your patients
Offering your patients the Heartful Kitchen Cookbook
nourishment coaching
You can learn about Nourishment Coaching in greater detail here.
The process:
Your patient can schedule an initial intake session with me, and together we formulate the first steps. Each person is unique and the nourishment coaching is flexible.
I offer a combination of:
Office consultations for meal planning, food, and health education, as well as food sourcing support
Limited personal chef services, such as soup and bone broth supplementation to their diet
In-home cooking sessions (2 to 4-hour sessions) to educate and empower clients to get comfortable with nourishing themselves and their families consistently.
Tailored classes and discussions
I can lead small discussion groups for your patients, which can allow broader accessibility, to those folks who may not pay for a nourishment coaching package, but could benefit from nutritional support.
You can learn more on my media page.
I can also provide lunch for the group, or something simple and healthy like a nourishing snack.
We cover practical food topics such as:
Simplifying home cooking — shopping, meal prep, 'planning without planning,' batch cooking for several meals and freezing
Creating sustainable nourishment and cooking practices at home to support a restricted diet — transitioning from "standard diet" to restricted or medical diet, with tools, tips, and a solid plan
this class can be specialized based on a particular group's needs, such as AIP, PKU, keto, diabetes, low-histamine, etc.
Healthy home cooking with complex family food needs — working within 'puzzles' such as varied diet needs and preferences within a family structure, and how to get the entire family involved
Best meals and snacks to decrease sugar cravings
How to do support the weight loss naturally, in a healthy sustainable way
Creating a kitchen sanctuary — how to organize the kitchen and re-prioritize nourishment; ritual around meals and cooking
Heartful Kitchen
Heartful Kitchen: A Cookbook For Every Body is my new healing cookbook.
This book is inspired by my own healing journey and extensive experience working with many individuals on their healing path.
Recipes are centered on organic and grass-fed meats, responsibly sourced seafood, organic plants, nuts and seeds, healthy fats, and rich spices.
I’ve also included organizational tips, a shopping guide, and many easy-to-incorporate solutions to busy individuals while leaving them deeply nourished.
Heartful Kitchen is user-friendly to special diets such as gluten-free, dairy-free, Auto-Immune Protocol Diet (AIP), The GAPS Diet, FODMAPS, Plant Paradox, and Low-Histamine Diets, and includes a healing toolbar to answer every individual’s food needs.
Heartful Kitchen supports patients to:
Integrate a protein, vegetable, and healthy fat-based diet into your lifestyle, in a balanced and financially sustainable way, no matter where they live.
Focus on nutrient-dense, whole foods, such as organic meats, seafood, plants, healthy oils, rich spices, and fresh herbs.
Create delicious and inspiring recipes free of gluten, dairy, grains, nightshades, legumes, or sugar.
Care for their health and special dietary restrictions with recipes denoted for AIP, GAPS diet, FODMAPS, Plant Paradox, and Low-Histamine Diet.
Prepare nutritious meals in advance and serve them throughout the week.
Sustain digestive health practices, including soaking and sprouting organic nuts, making organic bone broths, and more.
Turn their kitchen into a sanctuary and make space for their well-being.
